Ducati have confirmed they will compete as an Open class entry in MotoGP for 2014 instead of as a Factory option. (The Open class replaces the CRT class of the last couple of years.) Factory option entries, like Honda and Yamaha, are permitted only 20 litres of fuel for each race and 5 engines for the year.
